Week in Central Arkansas

Below are a few fun photos from our trip to Hot Springs and LR! After Hayden's wedding, we sent Beckett and Taylor to LR for the night with Bebe and Pops. Jill, Bradley, Travis and I enjoyed a quite dinner and a few card games! On Monday, we all went to Magic Springs and Crystal Falls. A lot of rides were closed, but we still had fun and LOVED the water park! The lazy river was of course a favorite as well as all the slides. Below you will see pics of Taylor and Beckett also on the lazy river. Taylor seemed to think that was all about her. As people walked by the lazy river she would wave at them as she sat on her throne. So we named her Cleopatra, Queen of the Nile. You will notice her waving in several of the other photos too. The slideshow finishes with Pops winding the coocoo clock with Taylor (a favorite) and a wonderful photo of Beckett when Bebe and Flash (me) took him to get his hair cut! Enjoy!

Stayin' at the Demott's lakehouse

Becket and Taylor came back after their night at Bebe and Pops so they could have a little lake time.
Come on-Let's get in the water!

What a good time! We relaxed, and played, rode and swam, and fished! It was great!
Thank you Jill and Mrs. Demott for letting us stay there!
Taylor caught her first fish with the help of her Daddy.
Don't worry, Samantha, we let all them go!

I did catch a few fish, but it's funny that we only got a picture of me and this stick!

To start with...I finally get to post a few of Hayden's bridals that we took months ago!

The wedding day!

Congratulation Hayden and Cody!

After the wedding we met up with the bride and groom at the Tucker's lake house for more fun and they even went out on the lake dress, bouquet and all!
A little backwards in order but here are a few fun pics from

Natural's Game

Taylor went to see the Natural's play for the first time and she loved it! Well, she loved watching Strike the Sasquatch run around and she loved playing with all the dance teachers we went with (and Ella)! We went to see one of our student's sing the National anthem (see short video below). Tayton-you did great! Amazing! Also, we got to see a past student throw the first pitch! It was fun! Nicki and Jamie let us use their extra tickets and you can see we had great seats! Thank Nicki!

9 months...

Our monthly photo shoot has always has it's ups and downs...this one was no different!
Had to show off her tiny pony tail that I'm so proud of!

Love this!

And now she has had enough...

She is growing so fast.

What she is doing these days:

She is crawling everywhere, getting faster by the second! No more scootin' on her belly!

She is saying Momma and Dadda a lot! When she gets upset she will yell, "Momma"!
She says Hi and Bye and waves with it! She seems to know the correct way to use it too!

As of Memorial Day when we were in Alma swimming, she says Laura (very clearly!-which makes Tracy soooo mad. All the other nieces and nephews said Tracy first!) Since she discovered this new word I have heard her say it a ton!

She says Uh-oh and draws out the ohhhhh to make it super cute!

And she says something that sounds like "ball" but normally is playing with blocks when she says it, so I think she is confused.

Said Taylor, pronounced "aylor" the other day when Tobey and Nicki were trying to get her to talk.

She doesn't like being thrown in the air anymore-she holds on super tight if you try to! She also clenches onto you if you pretend like you are going to drop her.

She pulls up on everything to stand! And likes to walk holding our hands! She is a little too brave though...she will reach for you when you aren't looking and fall on her face!
As you can see, she is getting a little hair!
and NO teeth still!

Here is Taylor after pullng up on her activity center. That tongue is stuck out of course! Sorry, for the lack of clothes.

Funny story: Shortly after this was taken, she was tapping her foot and put it in the floor of the activity center. Then the center started turning and she was holding on so tight she was shaking but she wasn't about to fall (she hates falling down these days). She looked at me and screamed. I rescued her, but it was hilarious!
