Happy Mother's Day!

I hope all the mother's out there had a great day! Ours was perfect! We slept til 9 then hurried and got ready for church. After church, we went to Dixie Cafe for some good home cookin'-pot roast was amazing! And a strawberry shortcake treat! Then we ran to walmart and home for a 2 and a half hour nap! All of us! It was much needed! After our nap, we planted more plants in the backyard and worked on Taylor's house a little more. I included a few photos because I just can't post without photos-That's boring! Then we grilled hamburgers and made smores quickly before it got too cold! Back inside, Taylor gave me 3 movies and an iphone app card to go with the iphone I hope to get for my birthday. Then we took a bath and now we are in bed. Exactly what I wanted to do today! It couldn't have been better :)

We went to War Eagle and another craft fair yesterday. In the above pic you can see her pushing her duck that I just had to get for her! I have always thought these were cute and she loved it! She would say quack quack as she pushed it around.
Below: This one stand had the cutest little garden animals. I wanted Taylor to pick out one for her new house and this is the one she chose! I think it is a bird since it has a beak? any ideas? There was a cute cow, pig, or giraffe, but I let her decided and she told me several times she wanted this one!

I also got her this awesome birdhouse for $10! Can you believe it?! how cute!

Playhouse

Today was great! Although Taylor hasn't felt the best, we really had a great day! After roller skating and the farmer's market (check out posts below) we got an interesting phone call...
I won a raffle I entered last weekend at the Dogwood Festival. I won Taylor this amazing playhouse! I believe I paid $5 for 2 tickets and I guess that was enough! They delivered it today and she woke from her nap to this awesome surprise! After she played for awhile, we went to the gas station to get an icee (kind of been a strong craving lately). Then to Lowe's to get some flowers for the little flower beds we are making around Tay's house so she can plant flowers each spring! What a great day!
Our precious puppies!

Updating

hope I'm up to date as of tonight...please check back 4 or 5 posts to see the new stuff. Also, I added Taylor's first dance camp back on Feb 20th! sorry that took so long to upload but worth a look ;)

Roller Skating and Farmers Market

Today, Taylor and Ella went to roller skating lessons! Bright and early-8am! We were worried they would hate it, but as you will see from the photos-they loved it! Really the "instruction" was for older kids, but they had fun skating around.

Ella let go of the walker pretty soon, but it took Taylor til the end of class, but she finally skated on her own.

We went to the farmers market with them afterwards where we petted lots of dogs and saw lots of fun things. Taylor got a little tulip from the guy that Momma bought flowers from!

Another skate video

When it was "free skate" Taylor had a little trouble skating cause of all the fun dance music!
